Consultations & 1:1 Support
Once you’ve booked, you’ll complete a detailed sleep assessment covering your baby’s routine, sleep environment, feeding, and behaviour.
This helps me identify the biological, environmental, and temperament-based factors affecting sleep so we can hit the ground running.

I can come to you in Sydney for in-home coaching at bedtime, or support you via Zoom from anywhere in the world, both options deliver the same incredible results.

The Sleep Concierge Package

10 days of expert-led, high-touch support to radically transform your baby’s sleep
This is my most comprehensive support package, designed for families who want real change and a clear, science-backed plan to get there.
We start with a full sleep assessment. I’ll look at:

Your baby’s feeding patterns and nutritional intake

Nap timings and sleep pressure across the day

The sleep environment and how it impacts melatonin production

Temperament, sensory needs, and how your baby handles stimulation

Night wakes...when they happen, how long they last, and what’s driving them

Your parenting style, preferences, and past attempts at change
From there, we jump on a 1-hour Zoom call to walk through your tailored sleep plan. This is not a generic PDF, this is a plan built for your baby, grounded in developmental sleep science and based on everything I’ve learned about your child and your family.
Then the real magic happens:
For the next 10 days, I’m in your pocket.
You’ll have direct access to me for real-time support and adjustments. That means:

Voice messages & phone calls every day with coaching, reassurance, and next steps

Unlimited support between 8am–11pm (and yes, I respond fast)

This session is perfect for families facing one or two straightforward challenges like nap transitions, routine tweaks, or sudden regressions.
It’s a focused, solution-based Zoom call where we’ll troubleshoot the issue, unpack what’s driving it (hello, sleep pressure and overtired cortisol spikes), and get you back on track fast.
After the session, you’ll receive a written recap with clear action steps and an age-appropriate routine tailored to your baby’s developmental needs and sleep biology.

If your baby is waking multiple times overnight, struggling to self-settle, or you're considering sleep training for the first time, those situations are more complex and need deeper support. That’s where The Sleep Concierge Package is best suited to your family.

My In-Home Sleep Support Package is for families who want expert, science-backed guidance live and in the moment. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just want someone to show you exactly what to do, I’ll be there with you, every step of the way.
Before I arrive, we’ll complete a full sleep assessment so I understand your baby’s routine, temperament, and sleep challenges. We will then do a one hour Zoom call so I can learn more about your family and your baby. Then, I’ll spend 3–4 hours in your home (nap, bedtime, or both) coaching you through:

Step-by-step guidance on implementing your sleep plan
