Once you’ve booked, you’ll complete a detailed sleep assessment covering your baby’s routine, sleep environment, feeding, and behaviour.

This helps me identify the biological, environmental, and temperament-based factors affecting sleep so we can hit the ground running.

I can come to you in Sydney for in-home coaching at bedtime, or support you via Zoom from anywhere in the world, both options deliver the same incredible results.

This is for families who are ready to stop Googling and start sleeping.

We kick off with a full sleep assessment looking at your baby’s feeding, nap timing, sleep environment, temperament, and overall routine. I’m not just looking at surface-level habits, I’m digging into the biological and environmental factors that truly drive sleep: circadian rhythms, sleep pressure, melatonin production, and cortisol regulation.

Then we jump on a 1-hour Zoom where I walk you through your tailored sleep plan, one that’s backed by developmental sleep science and designed specifically for your baby.
 

And for the next 7 days? I’m in your pocket. Daily voice messages, check-ins, real-time adjustments, and slightly stalker-level support to help you stay consistent, calm, and confident.
 

You’ll learn:

  • How to align your baby’s sleep with natural melatonin and cortisol rhythms

  • How to prevent overtiredness by understanding sleep pressure and wake windows

  • Why night wakes are happening (false starts, hunger, habit, or biology?)

  • How feeding, sensory environment, and routine all impact sleep architecture

This session is perfect for families facing one or two straightforward challenges like nap transitions, routine tweaks, or sudden regressions.
 

It’s a focused, solution-based Zoom call where we’ll troubleshoot the issue, unpack what’s driving it (hello, sleep pressure and overtired cortisol spikes), and get you back on track fast.

After the session, you’ll receive a written recap with clear action steps and an age-appropriate routine tailored to your baby’s developmental needs and sleep biology.
 

Please note:
If your baby is waking multiple times overnight, struggling to self-settle, or you're considering sleep training for the first time, those situations are more complex and need deeper support. That’s where my 7-Day Sleep Reset comes in.

In Home Sleep Support

Sometimes, you need more than a plan. You need someone right beside you coaching you in the moment.
 

My In-Home Sleep Support Package is for families who want expert, science-backed guidance live and in the moment. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just want someone to show you exactly what to do, I’ll be there with you, every step of the way.

Before I arrive, we’ll complete a full sleep assessment so I understand your baby’s routine, temperament, and sleep challenges. We will then do a one hour Zoom call so I can learn more about your family and your baby. Then, I’ll spend 3–4 hours in your home (nap, bedtime, or both) coaching you through:
 

  • Sleep environment changes

  • Your baby’s wind-down and settling routine

  • How to read and respond to their cues

  • Step-by-step guidance on implementing your sleep plan

You won’t just be told what to do, you’ll be supported in real time so you feel confident and calm.
 

After the visit, you’ll get:

  • A personalised, research-backed sleep plan

  • 7 days of daily voice/text support and check-ins

  • Ongoing adjustments and expert guidance

Every strategy is grounded in developmental sleep science no guesswork, just real results.
 

This is one of my most popular packages, often booking out 10–14 days in advance. If you'd like to lock in a date, I recommend booking early.
