This is hands-on, in-home support because sometimes you need more than a plan. You need someone right there beside you. The In-Home Sleep Support Package is for families who want personalised, science-backed sleep guidance with me physically by your side. Whether you're anxious about starting sleep changes on your own or just want someone to show you exactly what to do in real time, this package is designed to take the guesswork out of everything from resettling to routine to sleep training. We’ll begin with a full intake and sleep analysis before I arrive, so I already have a clear understanding of your child’s sleep, temperament, feeding patterns, and family lifestyle. When I arrive, we’ll spend 3–4 hours together, whether that’s for a nap, bedtime, or both. During this visit, I’ll: -Observe and assess your sleep environment -Walk you through any changes needed (light, temperature, white noise, sleepwear etc.) -Support you through your child’s wind-down and settling routine -Demonstrate exactly how to respond to your baby’s cues and protest -Show you how to implement your tailored sleep plan, step-by-step -This is live, in-the-moment coaching. You’re not just being told what to do, you’re being shown what to do, with support at every turn. No more second guessing. No more wondering if you’re doing it right. After our in-home session, you’ll receive: -A detailed, tailored sleep plan based on what we discussed -10 days of daily support via voice messages, texts, and check-ins -Ongoing adjustments and encouragement to keep you on track -Every element of this service is grounded in developmental sleep science.
