This is a big step...
Investing in sleep support is a big step, but it’s also one of the most impactful things you can do for your baby’s development and your family’s wellbeing. Sleep isn’t a “nice to have” ....it’s an important biological function and you're not being selfish for wanting it. It is like food and water, without it you cannot survive.
When babies sleep well, cortisol levels settle, melatonin flows as it should, and their brains and bodies can do the vital work of growing and learning. When sleep is off track, everyone feels it and nights stretch on, days feel overwhelming, and confidence starts to fade.
The good news? With the right plan and the right support, sleep can improve quickly. Babies are wired to respond to rhythms, and once those rhythms are aligned, change often happens faster than parents ever imagine. That’s why each package is designed to remove the confusion, give you a plan tailored to your baby, and provide the level of support you need to follow through with confidence.
What to Expect When You Book
When it comes to sleep training, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every baby has their own temperament, sensitivities, and way of responding. That’s why I don’t lock families into a rigid method for weeks on end, hoping it will eventually work.
Here’s what makes my approach different:
-
I work in 3-day windows. If your baby isn’t responding well within three nights, I know it’s time to pivot. I won’t keep you pushing through something that clearly isn’t right for your child.
-
Babies respond quickly. With the right plan and consistent support, most families see significant improvements within 2–3 nights but sometimes even sooner.
Night wakes reduce, false starts settle, and stretches of consolidated sleep begin to appear. -
Consistency is the key. If the plan is followed, change happens. I’ll be by your side (or in your inbox, depending on your package) to make sure consistency is realistic and sustainable for your family.
-
Every adjustment is tailored. If something isn’t working, I don’t blame you or your baby. I change the plan, drawing on science and experience to find the approach your baby can respond to.
This flexibility is what sets me apart from many sleep consultants. You’re not left wondering if you’re doing something “wrong” or stuck in a method that feels harsh and hopeless. Instead, you’ll know that every step we take is the right one for your baby, guided by how they’re actually responding.
By the end of our time together, you’ll not only see change, you’ll feel confident knowing exactly what works for your child and how to keep their sleep on track long term.
