Once you book, I’ll begin with a thorough sleep analysis based on your intake form. I examine your baby’s age, temperament, sleep environment, current routines, feeding patterns, and your goals so I can understand why sleep isn’t working and what needs to change. This is not a template or a guess. It’s an evidence-based review designed to uncover the biological and behavioural factors affecting your child’s sleep. Next, we’ll meet for a 1-hour Zoom consultation where I’ll walk you through a personalised sleep plan that’s tailored to your baby and family. It covers everything needed to create healthy, sustainable sleep habits, specifically: -Age-appropriate sleep pressure and nap timing based on circadian rhythms -Melatonin and cortisol alignment to improve overnight sleep -Optimising feeds to prevent reverse cycling or overnight dependency -Safe and effective sleep training methods matched to your parenting style -Environmental adjustments to support deep, consolidated sleep Once your plan is in place, the real transformation begins. For the next 7 days, I’ll provide daily ( sometimes hourly), high-touch support. You’ll have direct access to me for questions, real-time troubleshooting, and plan refinements. This level of consistent, responsive coaching allows us to make progress quickly while helping you feel confident and see results every step of the way. All of my recommendations are grounded in the latest infant sleep science and developmental research.
